Category Rules

Rules are checked top to bottom — the first pattern that matches a transaction's description wins. Patterns are regular expressions (case-insensitive), e.g. costco|sam's club.

Added a new rule? Apply it to transactions already sitting in "Other" without re-uploading anything.

Let Claude re-review every transaction's category -- including ones a rule already matched, in case that match was wrong. Skips anything you've manually recategorized yourself. Can take a minute or two for a large account.
